Online Beginner Course for all first timers to yoga. This course consists of 2 Introductory Workshops starting on Saturday and finishing the next day on Sunday.
You will learn about what is Ashtanga Yoga and begin the first steps of how to safely start your own self practice that is catered specifically to your capability.
After completing our Beginner Course you will be eligible to join any of our Mysore style classes online for us to personally develop your yoga journey long term!
